Product Information: Pliflow™ HyMOR® 3100 Special KK is a self-flowing, low cement castable. This material uses a propriety blend of dispersants and micro-silica particles, combined with an optimized refractory matrix to maximize flow characteristics. It uses low water content to retain excellent physical properties. Pliflow HyMOR 3100 Special is an excellent solution for areas where logistical challenges make it difficult to pump into hard-to-reach areas, or where vibrating is not practical but there is a need for refractory to be adequately placed behind forms. The set-time and free-flowing characteristics of this low cement castable makes this material advantageous over other installation options that may not be possible such as gunning or conventional casting.
