Product Information: Pli-Shot HyMOR®️ 3100 Special KK is a specifically designed, shotcrete version, of its very popular brother, Plicast HyMOR 3100 Special KK. Like it’s castable counterpart, it is a mullite based low cement castable. The important difference is that it has been optimized for shotcrete application, including a longer setting time and improved pumping characteristics. Alike its Plicast brother, Pli-Shot HyMOR 3100 Special KK offers the following great benefits:

  • High strength – both hot and cold
  • Good hot load resistance
  • Good volume stability and moderate thermal expansion
  • Low abrasion loss <9cc loss per ASTM C704
  • Excellent thermal cycling resistance
  • Good resistance to alkali and slag attack
