Product Information

Exo-Set UNO M G is a mullite based, chemical bonded gun mix.   It utilizes a dry phosphate bonding system which only requires water for activation.   Exo-Set UNO M G has very good gunning characteristics should be gunned without pre-dampening.   Please refer to Plibrico Installation Guideline “Exo-Set UNO Series Gun Mixes” (TB-IGII-EXG) for specific gunning instructions.   Exo-Set UNO M G product advantages include:

  • Good adherence and re-bond strength on old and worn refractory surfaces
  • Rapid setting and no minimum time before initial heating
  • May be gunned hot or cold
  • Excellent resistance to aluminum attack and penetration
