Product Information: Exo-Set UNO A G is a corundum based, chemical bonded gun mix. It utilizes a dry phosphate bonding system which only requires water for activation. Exo-Set UNO A G has excellent gunning characteristics. This material should be gunned without pre-dampening – refer to Plibrico Installation Guideline “Exo-Set UNO Series Gun Mixes” (TB-IGII-EXG) for specific gunning instructions. Exo-Set UNO A G product advantages include:
- Excellent adherence and strong re-bond strength on spalled and worn refractory surfaces
- Requires minimal surface preparation prior to gunning
- Rapid setting and no minimum time before initial heating
