Product Information: Plicast® Super HyMOR® 65 KK is  is a mullite based ultra-low cement castable.   Lower lime content in the refractory matrix enhances characteristics at higher temperatures.   These characteristics include improved hot strength at elevated temperatures greater than 2000°F, creep resistance, and improved alkali and slag attack resistance.   Product advantages include:

• Improved hot strength at elevated temperatures >2000°F
• Excellent high temperature load deformation and creep resistance
• High alumina matrix for improved alkali attack and slag attack resistance
• Good abrasion resistance
• Positive volume stability at elevated temperature

Plicast Super HyMOR 65 KK has good flow and setting characteristics allowing it to be place by vibration, casting or pumping.
